If they destroy your wave then, it doesn't matter anymore Finish off with your most important creature. If they don't have any responses continue with your more important ones.Blink your least important creature indefinitely.just using my remaining fading counters to exile some more ETB creatures I own and let the wave go.use 1 fading counter to just remove my wave (although that will result in my creature staying exiled). You can try this once since you should have 3 counters left after your initial actions. using 2 fading counters to repeat the process. ![]() If they destroy my wave in response I have the choice of: Exile my own wave first, in response exile a creature I want to blink. Once I've shown the table that I can execute the loop indefinitely unless they have 4 destroy effects (1 more than the amount of fading counters left), I will remove everything to my liking. If noone responds you let the stack resolve. This leaves me 3 fading counters to exile my own wave again in response to any Disenchant shenanigans. To be safe I normally remove 1 creature at a time, so creature A, then wave. This will result in everything staying exiled and your wave destroyed. In the Wood Elves example above, if an opponent has a Disenchant, for example, they can respond to you exiling the elves by destroying your wave. To add, just be careful when blinking your own stuff. ![]() ![]() Tl Dr: Everything you exile before exiling your own wave stays exiled, everything you exile in response to the wave being exiled is blinked. Resulting in creature A, B, C being removed and your Wave plus Wood Elves entering back in play. Return To play everything exiled with Wave. This results in the leaves play ability immediately entering the stack on top of the existing effects. Resolve the next trigger to exile the Wave. Resolve the first trigger and Wood Elves will be exiled. The stack will look as follows (Last In, First Out): Opponent has 3 creatures in play, A, B and C, so this will be your line of play: Yay Parallax Wave shenanigans! Assume you have the following in play:
